Refund policy

Customers generally have the right to return goods within a certain period after receipt, typically 14 days, in accordance with Danish legislation on distance selling and sales outside of fixed premises.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging, if applicable.

Refund:

When a product is returned in accordance with the return policy, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery costs, unless otherwise agreed. The refund should be processed as soon as possible, typically within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Exceptions:

Some items may be exempt from the return policy for health or hygiene reasons if they have been opened or used. Custom-made or personalized items may also be exempt.

Return Procedure:

 

The customer must inform the company of their decision to return the item within the specified period and follow the company's specified return procedure. The company should provide clear instructions on how items should be returned, including return costs and responsibility for return shipping.

Customer Responsibilities:

The customer is obligated to handle the goods with care and return them in good condition. The customer is responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
